If you're in business you have a lot of things to do. You have to find ways to bring in customers and you have to see to it that those customers are happy. Basically you have to worry about whatever it is you do.

That means you don't have time to worry about whether your hosting is reliable, how many call center staff you need at 3:00 AM on Saturday, or if your web shopping application is secure. You just need those things to happen right every time. That's what Mikrotec is for.

Company History

Mikrotec Internet Service began in 1994 as a Lexington, Kentucky based Internet Service Provider (ISP). Mikrotec adopted a core business focus of providing high quality Internet access to central Kentucky and surrounding areas. As the years have passed, Mikrotec has not only grown as an ISP to provide service to over 3 states, but Mikrotec has expanded its services to include web site hosting, offsite backup services, internet security services, outsourced technical support call centers, and advanced web site and database programming.

Mikrotec is now known for providing great service at reasonable rates, a place where the customer always comes first. As one of Kentucky's who's who of technology service providers, they are rapidly coming into the national and global arena as they gain additional market share.

Mikrotec currently operates one call center, which is located at our Harold, Kentucky offices. The mailing address for this location is Mikrotec Internet Solutions, PO Box 750, Harold Ky, 41635. Fortunately for Mikrotec, the area attracts and trains a host of educated and technical people who are eager to join the Mikrotec support team. There are 2 outsourced call centers and several ISP's within 100 miles of our location as well as several technical centers and colleges which provide a steady pipeline of local talent in the technology field. This enables Mikrotec to hire support agents that have technical certification, experience, and dedication to customer service.
